I don't think Neil is leaving. If he wanted to leave, he would have left with Aishwarya cause then he can atleast participate in KKK. So I don't think he will leave one of the top tv show for no job. Even if he wants to participate in any other reality show with aish, it won't be until she is back from KKk and also I think he will do both together instead of leaving ghum. He did that with smart jodi as well. So it's possible for him to do 2 shows at once unless the reality show is not by Sitara then there might be clause to be only represented by one channel.

He got a lot of fame and recognition through ghum and he is really close with vankar. So I don't think he will leave ghum unless virat character is written off the show (which is highly unlikely as virat is one of the pillar of the show despite his flaws). Writing off virat will make ghum plummet more and I don't think Sai Satya scenes will be enough to save ghum. A lot of people still watch ghum for sairat.

Also like people said in previous thread, he knows the struggle without a job, especially now since his wife is also not working after KKK. So with all things considered, him leaving the show is pretty slim.

I saw a news like a month before on hashtag neilbhatt on twitter by a khabri where he was in the list of approached participants for KKK. I guess he was approached too but he chose ghum instead.
