V always says one thing and does something else. His promises/what he says in the heat of the moment are useless.

Some audacity it will be if V hates Sai for marrying again. If he's allowed to do whatever the F he likes blaming circumstances etc then so is she. Its her life her choice whom she wants to be with. Just coz he wants to now suddenly reconcile does not mean Sai needs to feel the same way and agree. He is too entitled to realize that the world doesn't revolve around him. And if he does hate Sai then good, at least maybe he'll stay the F away from her. He's already ruined her life. At least she should get some peace. Yes. Ulta, it felt like she was glorifying her policewala son and his stubbornness, even when it's obvious that he is the reason why both women (Yes favourite bahu P) and the children are suffering.

All those bogus reasons she gave for supporting P felt like alternate reality which only the CN people believe in. Even Kaku is surprisingly soft with P.

Yes, that would be an ideal situation. But the show portrays a regressive mentality that is still found in many households, where no one wants to address issues. Instead, broken relationships are bandaged hastily and everyone is expected to carry on with fake smiles.

This CN family is the worst, but it's not really far from reality if you think about it.

Sai is not forcing V to do anything. Hes still free to divorce P if he really wants to. Sai is not stopping him. Sai is merely promising that from her side she will do everything she can to not be the cause for any issues cropping up because she has accepted that Vinu will be happy only if P remains in his life. And as a mother she just wants him happy even if that means she needs to be in his life only from a distance as his doctor aunty and not aai

Why doesn't V talk to Vinu like Sai did and figure out what's bothering him. Surely Vinu will then tell him that hes upset about P and him fighting and him also losing his family like his friend. Them V can either explain to Vinu why he's divorcing P or choose to stay with p.

But V is too self absorbed to care.

He was only interested in how Sai tricked him and tracking her down as an ego battle and not about Vinus health. Vinu being ill was a good thing for him coz he thought he'd use that as a tool to tie Sai down to CN and his life against her wishes.

Why should Sai feel that she's the reason for V divorcing P. Thats utterly ridiculous. V should choose to divorce P because he doesn't want to live with P and he doesn't see a future of them as spouses. He should not make the decision because of Sai. Sai is free to do what she wants. Is she obligated to say yes to his proposal juat cause he unilaterally signed divorce papers that he hasn't got p to sign or actually file in court?! How is the matter of VP divorce have anything to do with Sai. She has neither asked him to give divorce nor stopped him from doing so.
