Sai ko hospital gaye bahot time ho gaya. Last she went for miscarriage and it turned out one of the horrible scenes of leads.

Honestly these Holi and hospital scenes are just like filler now- In KK she cared for him whole night but nothing mattered. They give them to make people happy but thats it- it adds no value in story. Everything goes back to same.

Can he get an injury that leads to him developing Fourniers gangrene and requires a radical surgery like a complete castration (b/l orchiectomy + total penectomy) for source control. Once that happens he will stop being a prick and P will lose interest in him too. And maybe just maybe he can focus on being a decent human being.

I have a feeling that Sai doing medical stuff for him will give him more "hopes" that she has feelings etc. But I'm hoping he sees SaiYa doctor doctor bonding while being stuck as patient in bed....please make his injury worth it!

This may be the possibility and who knows if Vanku may twist this to Didi's favour too like she taking care of him like she took care when he was hit by bullet 1st time on the show and ashwini might tell all deko deko meri pyaari bahu kitni seva karthi hai Virat ki and virat seeing Sai Satya bonding and Satya might bond with Savi too

P will not do seva if she knows he had a castration though.
