I didn't say winning the case. I meant ki Pakhi ki ye wish puri ho jaaye. Jeete Sai hi, lekin vo realize kr le ki agar is ghar mein rhenge to Pakhi kuch na kuch krti hi rhegi, and so she leaves. And her leaving would in a sense mean Pakhi's victory, but this time it would actually be beneficial for her.
