Yup it reminded me of that as well, except then they were pati patni and Sai claimed it loudly in public vs now they could only mumble they are acquaintance. They already showed catch & drop parallel of mimo track, Getting caught saying Gabbar vs Dr Headache and even judging and sunaoing Virat about his vacation without knowing it's for his brother's wedding vs sunaoing Satya without knowing truth of matter.

I think today's episode was just to show that Satya is board member of medical council or something and he is well respected. So the case against Sai would eventually go to the medical board and not court.

Either Satya gets angry and doesn't accept the apology, stays away from Sai which would then make a parallel to the Sai saving Virat's job by talking to DIG while everyone assumes worse of him. She might think he will take badla.

Or he accepts the apology and Sai invites him to CN or gets invited to Gudi padwa function to his home to show parallel to Pulkit Lunch drama 🤔
