There was no need for Sai to get irritated at all , he didn’t do anything lol . I think lack of food is making her chid chidi. Also did you notice, looks like Satyas family will also be introduced, he mentioned about family having masala business.

Based on precap I thought , Sai must have fallen down and he has come to apologies and take care of the wound, but it was all for that daag lol
She already got irritated in morning when all CN people asked her to cook when she just went to prepare coffee for her then pakhi irritated her then satya intro by saying patient had heart attack without seeing patient so she thought he is just internet student then at OT entering with loud speaker irritated her sai is always serious about her patient so she didn't like this attitude also who plays with that loud speaker at hospital in every place where they need to maintain silence for patient. Then virat bringing lunch for her. Also she didn't liked satya behaving frdly with him. So she has obviously reason to get irritate with n vented out his frustration on him.
