yes i kind of agree with this. ..,Sai knows the laws better than Virat .. if we know it .. she has to know .. she knows the grounds on which patralekha is claiming is invalid and since she herself had left this space

She was not thrown out of the house .. she had left her marriage with her kid ..she is not claiming it back as Virat has moved on .. and is not punishing him

At that time Vinu ka custody track chal raha tha na. Probably the writers were planning to show Sai exerting her rights as Virat's lawful wife in the court in order to gain his custody but maybe they changed it in the last minute. At that time they were planning for getting Sai to return to CN. No wonder the court scenes looked so stupid.

Harshad is very good and well known actor give it some time you will like the upcoming track. Whether it’s jealousy or new love story you are gonna love it.
