Let us look at this. V used to share his sorrows with P. Whenever he fought with Sai, he would confide in P, let her fight his battle and never stop P from interfering in his personal space with Sai.

Sai is different from V. She will never allow a P in her marital space with V. Hence this is that perfect circumstance. She is not married to V, therefore not tied to anyone morally or legally. She is not answerable and free to confide without crossing boundaries.

But in all this V will feel what Sai endured all these years. The presence of a third person in between Sai and him. And for him Sai is somewhere his wife. So he will fill the same pinch.

But....if they come back together... V finds in him to be a bigger man and accept a married Sai (not to make him mahaan but purely because if Sai can accept a P tainted V... why can't V? @Red If Sai has truly moved on with the new guy then I don't want Sairat to be back again ever . Let Virat be single or marry another woman who is not a criminal . Vankar after few months can bring new girl for Virat and show the new triangle 😆. Pakhi is not a choice for Virat just like JM was never an option for Sai .

If I cannot accept V falling for someone than I cant see Sai doing the same . If we feel Sai accepting V after tainted by P is a compromise then V accepting S after being with Satya is a compromise too .

He lost Sai once. And he was living an empty life. He had Vinu. But look at them as individuals. Sai missed V, but she was still leading a much better life than him.

The key lies here. You mentioned that people mature, with age, with roles and responsibilities. But there is one major difference between Sai and V. For Sai, her kids come before anything. She will sacrifice anything for them, even V. And she did.

For V, Sai comes before the kids. What we are seeing right now is just that. The kids are unable to make him break away from P. He knows the kids are suffering in this bargain, yet he is risking them for P's sake. Which is wrong. But till now the biggest threat has no hit him truly. He knows Sai cannot love anyone else, and this is the trust he gained post leap. So he is heavily depending on this realisation. That is where his confidence lies. But if you revisit the difference I spoke about in their characters, his whole life will shake if he loses Sai. He hasn't encountered that risk. This is what the new entry is here to do. Reality check. He can lose Sai. Can he afford it? That is the question now. While the kids could not break him, will Sai be able to break him is what we have to see.

That doesn’t explain her interaction with Virat while setting the mosquito net. I can understand her going along with his antiques for sake of the kids. But the eye lock, smile?

And making tea & breakfast. Was it nostalgia? Missing her domestic CN days with CN people? Did she indicate that she may repeat this is asked by them just to irk P or she really doesn’t mind? She is been stern dealing with them before & would expect her to refuse by giving curt answer. May be to show her first rasoi.

Yup its too early to come to conclusions. I wrote in this same thread, there's definitely a strong reason behind Satya's entry and the reason is not just because Ayesha's FD were demanding for a new ML all these months. There's more to what is being shown. Whatever they'll show Sai's characterization will never be compromised and that's the best part of this show. Vanku ainveyi didn't show Sai decided to live in CN just for the sake of kids. He showed all the marriage symbolisms before the bomb blast and there's definitely a reason behind that too.

& abba’s statement which is Sais subconscious saying she is Virats patni.

Regarding mosquito net , she is in love with V still and might have got carried away for the moment but she looked ineffected when V called P as his wife and walked out to share a room with P .
