She should ask CN people to pick between Vinu's well being & P. If they pick P then yes she can take Vinu with her. But still she should stay on Nagpur so that Virat can spend time with them. She can say CN is off limits. Meaning Vinu won't go to CN but Virat can come to Sai Niwas. He will readily move to Sai NIwas
