Exactly! Pakhi had lot of choices unlike Sai but she herself chose the wrong path. She had the choice to refuse to marry Samrat but she didn't because she took a stupid vaada seriously and decided to indulge in an EMA with her devar. She had the choice to walk out of chavan house after Samrat dumped her on the next day of their wedding but she chose to stay there to break her devar's marriage.

After the leap happened half of the mistakes are of Virat too but she doesn't have even an ounce of self respect in her. She would rather live in a toxic marriage, make herself and everyone else unhappy but not walk out of that marriage.

Whatever she's facing today is the result of her own bad karma.

Despite everything she did, V hadn’t treated her half as bad as what he did with S. he doesn’t love her as she expects him too . When S had a miscarriage V was MIA, compare it to this woman’s well deserved kokh removal.
