Since I see sooooo many appreciation posts, I might as well, just for once, write more than 2 irrelevant sentences on this forum So excited for my first novel on the forum 🤧

Obviously, it's for Ayesha/Sai, who else 😛

Aaahh...Sai bai ! I love this character to the core because it's played by a beautiful beautiful woman named Ayesha Singh.

I'm going to be honest, Ghum is not a show I would have ever watched. I got hooked only and only because of Ayesha as Sai and the phenomenal chemistry between the actors in the ship ! In fact, when I was binge watching the show, I skipped most of the scenes where the leads were absent. All that mattered to me was them. I had zero interest in watching anyone else.. Therefore, I still believe that Ghum is not my addiction lol, the FEMALE LEAD is, the leads are...

I wouldn't have ever watched this show with the absence of Ayesha and the male lead as a ship. I've mentioned it a few times, but I'll do the honors of saying it again.. 😆

I saw Ayesha and my interest piqued. Fun fact is that she was the last one I saw out of the 3 characters on the montage, when one day, I walked in on the show on tv. I saw the male first and I was like, I've seen him before..he looks good. Then, I saw the 3rd character and made false assumptions lol. I was like nope, not my type I was about to drop this show like a hot potato, but then came the queen of the queens 😉

Just one glimpse of her and I wanted to know more, see more. There was just something so enthralling about Ayesha. Then, I started binging and I slowly fell in love...

It was the little things with her ! Her expressions and her way of saying some dialogues, I just couldn't stop rewatching some scenes over and over again because of her The shallow things too, like her hair (I seriously did not know she was wearing a wig on the back of her head for the longest time 🤣). I looooved her long curls with the highlights and I had a thing for her cheekbones 😳 Oh yeaaaah and her freaking giggles ! She had the cutest giggle ever... I looooved everything about it 😭

I also loved (still love) her thumb ring and obviously she looked killer with a nath in the initial days !

Before making it on this forum, I never saw all these perspectives that everyone have on the show and its characters. I was taken aback by some things I initially read on Sai's character in the beginning because for me, it was love at first sight and not that deep ? Idk lol. I loved her and I didn't go too much in detail with the way her character was...(according to some 😆). I also never saw any show with the perspective of analyzing it (definitely not an ITV show lol). I learned all this here, although I've been an ITV geek for years 🤣 Not to mock any of you, I totally respect your talent of seeing all these symbols and what not ! In fact, most of my friends here analyze the show all the time and I love them and like reading those.. 😆

I'm going to end this by saying that I love coming to this forum every day (I just realized I made it to a 365 days streak today, as in a whole year without a miss here ! I guess I couldn't have chosen a better day for this post 🥱) and chat with the few friends I made ! Love you all 🤗 Hope we stay connected for a very long time and I just wanna say..please don't fight 😭😭😭 I love conversing with all my friends on a daily basis and watching them fight with each other makes me sad

I agree with every word about Ayesha and her portrayal of Sai. For me it wasn’t the character I started watching for. I thought Sam dada was the man. 😂 , but when I wayched it, the only character that appealed to me and eventually I started loving the character.

Some detailing Ayesha brought in enacting Sai was to die for. I have rewatched just her head shakes multiple times cause that looked so cute n refreshing.

There is this VM of hers from early episodes which I loved- i will share it here. The way she brought out young girl’s anger sadness resentment confusion - was fab.

Makers had a goldmine in form of Sai as Ayesha n Sairat as a couple but they chose to beg. She is doing fabulous with whatever she is given content wise but IMO she is much more capable. I m stuck to the show till Sai exist- I can’t leave even if I want to. (I have tried)

Hope I did not hurt anyone, thats not the intent. I feel most of us are here to just share our thoughts and many times frustration. But no bad feelings intended towards anyone.

That damned eye lock. And even the first scene of him giving the bangles to her has such chemistry even if it isn’t romantic. TBH sairat even without any obvious romance we’re loved so much by audience.

my first scene that lured me to the show was the green saree lunch scene before reception. The way V waits for S to call him to sit and eat. Sai is a character I really like and sort of relate to in terms of the tragedies she had to face and Ayesha brings it out beautifully

it’s only for Ayesha , sai and sairat that I bother to still watch the show even if I had to stop and take a break.

Engaging post ! Even I’ve grown to love Ayesha Singh, though I started watching the show after I found some promos interesting ! She really breathes life into Sai and I can’t wait to see her reprising her initial character of a happy chirpy girl! Life has been hard on her and she deserves her due now even in the story …

I know right ! That scene lasts only a few seconds, yet it’s so addictive…

I love that green saree look so much ! They both looked sooo gooooood ! I also loved the puran poli wala part where she says have more, you need to be strong and you went through so much the last few days..

Loved that sequence too ! I used to go back and watch that regularly because she just nailed every emotional scenes..
