Let the battle be fair

For once, I want the battle to be fair for Sai. Let this court case have no manipulation. If she wins, justice is served. And even if she doesn't, she can tell adult Vinu that his mother tried.

No matter what, Vinu will definitely come to know about the truth one day. And he will look for Sai. Every child looks for his/parents if they haven't been living together. The rule that favours Pakrat has only been considered and the ones that favour Sai has been disregarded. I am only raising these points because they showed selective law. If it was only zillat fight, I wouldn't have bothered.

Vinu was eligible for adoption as he fits in criteria (a)

Child eligible for adoption.―The following shall be eligible for adoption, namely:―(a) any orphan or abandoned or surrendered child, declared legally free for adoption by the Child Welfare Committee;(

b) a child of a relative defined under clause (52) of section 2;

(c) child or children of spouse from earlier marriage, surrendered by the biological parents for adoption by the step-parent.

Eligibility criteria for prospective adoptive parents.―

(1)The prospective adoptive parents shall be physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially capable, they shall not have any life-threatening medical condition and they should not have been convicted in a criminal act of any nature or accused in any case of child rights violation.

- The point here is that "convicted in a criminal case". Patralekha was never convicted. She was accused and the family took back the complaint which led to Sai walking out

Patralekha and Virat were not married when they decided to adopt Vinu.
