how will they allow her though? what happened to the precap of Sai walking in with lawyer? If Sai can't legally get custody then the show is over. There is nothing new to show.

The biological parent has NOT given up her claim on the child. So there is no question of adoption.

It is an unfortunate accident that he ended up being seen as orphan.

and even if we ignore the adoption aspect, V and P by virtue of their criminal record clearly are unfit to adopt.

they also falsified records about how long they had been "married" thus lying to authorities. So for multiple reasons the whole adoption is invalid.

And since adoption is invalid, custody goes to biological parent. Between V and Sai, obviously Sai should get custody because V is an established criminal and P is clearly mentally ill , suicidal and a danger to the child.

It is ridiculous that they are using a lawyer to make Sai feel guilty and to make her feel weak when she has a super strong case.

I really hope Sai finds a good lawyer instead of filing a case with this lawyer at the helm, since he clearly is useless. If she pushes him to take the case, he will turn around and blame her and say that he already warned her that the case was weak.

Adoption was long forgotten. Plus she is the illegal surrogate Simple. Sai needs to reopen the surrogacy case especially how p harmed sai.
