Agree. I only follow peripherally but shes way too mahaan- self proclaimed and she acts as if she's the only one who wants "unity" even at the cost of her own harm etc. Which is BS narrative. And her parvarish is terrible. I hate all the brothers. I followed peripherally because i liked Shiva -Raavi's chemistry but Shiva as a character is pathetic so now i don't care. And rishita is genuinely a well written character by itv standards. She is practical, occasionally selfish and petty but her heart is in the right place and she's emotional too. Her arc has been really good. From a spoilt brat in a rich family to bahu and now mom.

But dhara's acting is still much better than ASB or NB.

And the bond of her with the devars is genuinely mother-child which is way less cringe than devar bhabhi romance. Its irritating no doubt but cringe is less.

I also hate the Suman Pandys character. She only calls people names. Thats it.

i feel a genuine camaraderie offscreen in the actors there which reflects in their performance and makes it overall just a teeny bit less irritating than its supposed to be on paper

But in ghum its the opposite. Everything about the actors comes across as fake and thats why i feel even onscreen they seem even more irritating and anger inducing.

Honestly I dont like even kishori, bharti, mitali etc . they all seem very two-faced.

Ayesha has a good bond with several of them but I still individually am not fond of any of them except Sid Bodke.

I love Sid Bodke even though his character has committed many a crime and thats due to his performance as well his offscreen persona. none of the others can come close. Not even the "senior" actors.

and all the stories of Starplus are toxic but in the grades, ghum is no. 1 consitently, every other show has some characters to bring balance but not ghum.
