I don't think so. They just edited it smartly. Till consummation, they made it look like Virat was smiling for Patru pregnancy news and now in today's episode when no sambhog was confirmed, they released the differently edited promo.

It is a good move!

P.S: They are expecting backlash with the way Virat is behaving and they must already have a plan for it.

Don't know why earlier promo also i felt it was P ka checkup from accident only.. never felt it was for pregnancy.

BTW, P will be ready for waqt bitana at night and Vinu s missing drama now.

In that promo ML s looking so dull. Doesn't look fresh at all in uniform.

Yes we all discuss and understand. But there are also a large number of people who might believe it so.
