I actually loved Ninad and Virat's convo today, even though I just watched a 5 sec video. Lekin usme usne ek bahut shi bat kahi, Ki adaalat bhi yahi kahegi ki itni chhoti bacchi ko uski maa ke hi saath hona chahiye.

I am not sure ki vo kis sense mein ye baat kr rha tha. But usually in custody battles, the court does in fact prefer to give the custody to mothers, unless of course, koi bahut thes sabut ho mother ke khilaaf. And the financial issue is NOT a strong point. Kyuki uss case mein, the court will give Sai custody, and will ask Virat to financially support them. But even then, Sai is not at all financially unstable. She is a doctor for god's sake.

Aur ab jab adaalat ki baat aa hi gyi h...to ye btao ki Mr. Saahas Chavan kidhar h. Unki bahut dino se kisi ko yaad nhi aayi.

Because, again, acc. to law, Virat is Saahas' father. The law states ki agar government documents mein (such as birth certificates) kisi ek insaan ka naam as father registered hai, to vo hi us bacche ka baap hoga whether that person is the biological father or not.

Devi is shown gone for treatment but no one cares and they sent mentally unstable girl all alone to USA.
