She can fight a gunda in Kankavali even it costs her daughter's life but can't fight against virat for her daughter sake.

She should get a proper lawyer and then proceed She can keep away virat n family away only by getting a restraining order against them.

But ghum cvs won't show anything correct from legal point of view...it will open the pandora's box.....not their cup of tea. Though it can help in more intense drama
