First and foremost courts mostly prefers biological mothers over anyone and especially in the case of daughters, fathers are never given sole custody, upar se yaha pe Father already has a wife, no way any court would grant the custody to a father with the baggage of step mom......

And let's not forget the multiple criminal charges against Virat, Patralekha and his family.......and even if the reason will be financial problem of Sai then Court can easily order Virat to provide maintenance to his daughter every month, no need to give him custody for such lame reason coz clearly the child in question is emotionally secured with her mother, why would any court in the world will ruin a child's emotional well being.......😴

Tbh Ganja makers should stop playing with legal things for their hunger of drama tbh......it's such blasphemy to give custody to Virat over Sai in any circumstances 🥲

That's why I was waiting for Savi's revelation and tracks starting around her, coz it'll put Sairat in main spotlight..... Patralekha has nothing to do with Savi, that's the relief in her tracks.....
