Mr Vankar- a final good bye!

Mr Vankar, I belong to the period of old school TV - which used to be a time when TV serial was considered an art and served entertainment and sensible viewing.

Then came the era of TRP battleground when the quality of TV serials took a nosedive and started coming up with illogical and idiotic plots. I bid goodbye to TV back then.

After a long, long period of time, I started watching Ghum by accident and got hooked. Though most of the scenes were typical trashy-TV content, Sairat’s journey had its own plot within Ghum. Viewers including me got hooked on to that. We waited every day to watch how Sai and Virat were working at their unique relationship and each step of their journey looked so real.

As characters, they could make a connection with us because they were not ur typical TV leads, they were so relatable and could have been any of us.

The actors themselves did complete justice to their roles as well. We travelled with them at every stage of their life. The show rose to No 1 position, which it fully deserved!

But just like the kahavat - kutthe ko ghee hazam nahin hota, your ghamand took over and you guys did potty all over your waahiyat plot - pata nahin channel ke liye ya kisi aur ko khush karne ke liye. Natheeja ye hua ki your show is just another typical illogical, nonsensical Indian TV serial that has no head or tail and sensible people cannot continue watching this disgusting dish that you have churned out.

Sairat has been killed, the show has lost its charm and uniqueness and has zero relatability.

You might be getting the trp for this trash but its nothing but another garbage show.

You go ahead and continue with your Trp game and pleasing people- this is the first and last show of yours I will ever watch. I probably would never return to Indian TV serials ever again, thanks to you! I have to thank you personally for helping me kick this unnecessary habit I picked up. No more ITV !

Tumne tho apni khud ki creation ka gala ghott diya. Mazaa ayaa hoga na? Enjoy the Trps and continue dishing out more garbage!

Sticking around a few more weeks just to see if Sai gets any justice. If not, its a final adieu, alvida and good bye 👋

Every single line you wrote resonated with the way I felt about this show and the way I feel about it now ! 👏 Truly, they have compromised a story with leads who could have taken them to the stars and beyond !

PATHETIC.

The show was of human emotions and relationship conflicts till the time it followed Kusum Dola. This was like last year till Shruti. After that, they changed the narrative everything was based on numbers. Where there are numbers, there are no human emotions.

I know easier to say than do it because the general audience do not really care about the business but it is just the money and numbers that guide the show now.

My fellow members say I have attained zen mode. That is because of multiple reasons best known to me but also because I have seen this industry and the number game very very very closely.

I used to see it TV earlier regularly. Now I have stopped. Yesterday n BALH2, they exposed the vamp and she got scolded. Such ones are nice to see and enjoy.

Now i see in IG, only episodes which are good and ff VP scenes.

Slowly we are following Nutty and making jokes of the scenes as there's nothing else left here.

FL s being slapped and pushed and never praised. Who wants to see such things.

A wise decision, I hope you move on from this show and maybe find better entertainment. Not toxicity and idiocy being served as entertainment.

Is this PH and Vankar doing any other serial now ? , i think few of their serial ended within 3-6 due to their poor direction, even than they have not learnt their lesson, with Vankar over creativity KKIS had tobe shut down in middle, and the main reason for the downfall was ML marriage with the villain, even after facing the downfall he still did that in ghum, and to prove that Pakhi is not villain he is WW her at every step but what will he do to her face, she look like a villain, the faces she make while deliverying the dialogue noway she looks +ve.

Just for the sake of Ayesha lot of them are still watching orelse even this should have been shut down after surrogacy.

Same here. I was watching it on TV only ..two Vankar's shows at 8,8:30 slots. Then one ended n other became unbearable post Shruthi track.

Virat char took the most hit, came here to rant...n read.

Now I come here early morning for msin's thread to decide to skip or watch...it's turning out to be a snooze fest.

Not long before I quit completely if they continue with such disastrous tracks.

Good decision n wish you get to watch better shows 👍🏼
