Nothing much except laying the groundwork for next few days episodes.

The kids are pestering Sai. Sai who is already on the edge, slightly gets upset on Saavi but is also sad to be behaving this way with her..

Sai finally accepts to the kids that everyone at CN knows her. Vinu and Saavi wonder how come behaves like this then. Saavi especially wonders why Police uncle never mentioned this.

Sai UM talk and Sai is writing a resignation. She has realized what a mistake it was to come to Nagpur. She wants to correct the wrong and in the flow tells UM that Vinu was adopted. UM is shocked. I hope she doesn't go on the dekha V ji aur P ji ke beech kuch nahi hai diatribe again.

Vinu overhears and is heartbroken.

Sai is curt to P who has come to pick up Vinu. Doesn't bother with her apology and leaves.

In orphanage, Sai offers her resignation. Calls it personal reason. The caretaker repeatedly asks but Sai refuses to divulge. She correctly deduces that it has to do with Chavans. Sai denies to answer again. Has the standing job offer to rejoin.

I don't know what they plan to do. Having Sai in orphanage would have brought the truth out. How will it work out now that she is not there?

Some weird logic it will be then. Nothing technical

Looks like this is a last minute change in track. They intended to bring Vinu’s track with Sai in orphanage. Now if the new ML news is true, they are changing the track.

It looks like this was the anniversary gift, Sai was planning for V-P.

P meets Vinu and he is aloof. He doesn't say anything to her in the car or even at home. CN arena is already blaming Sai ki isine kuch Kiya hoga without even knowing ki kya hua hai.

VP don't believe it... initially.

Vinu is crying in his room and has flashbacks about why there are no 'totu baby' pics...and love showered by V and P... it's equal. There is no difference between VP for him.

V joins him in the room and he doesn't want to talk. It is only when V says that mom dad should know everything about kids that he tells him the truth. V is shocked and hurt.

But it's very bland. NB should have emoted a lot better. It's only a mild shock kind of thing. Not the earth shattering revelation.

P comes in and tries to pacify Vinu.

He is not ready to listen. Rejects any attempts of physical comfort.

Don't think that the part that he overheard and Sai did not mention directly will ever come up. Looks like it might not. 🤔

It will not come out. The blame has to come on Sai. Even if it does, it will still be Sai’s fault. How else will they increase this whole hatred towards Sai.

Interesting point to note is...

Inspite of all this butchering, some core characteristics of V remain.

V is not ready to accept to Vinu that he was adopted. Tries to deflect the mention although at this point it hardly matters. Escapist.... (Thanks Sway)

It is P who is clear, she agrees that yes you were adopted but it doesn't change a thing.

Vinu softens slightly.

The poor boy was in mess and he wanted an assurance. V couldn't give it to him. P managed.

Makes V look very shallow but that's how he is.

They both promise that nothing will change. It will... we know... knowing how BK is... once Saavi ka truth is known, BK will favour her more, ignoring Vinu, which will hurt him more... might even pit Saavi against Vinu if they want to go a nastier route. 😔

Tanmay was beautiful today. The episode belonged to him and he did justice. It's not his fault that the whole scenario was rushed. But he made good of the material given to him.

NB really needs shaking up. This is not the reaction expected out of a father who was suicidal and found solace in his kid.👎🏼

UM actress was better in comparison 😔

VP scene consoling Vinu is going to irk many fans... including fans like me, Sadhika and Sherry... who are stuck on the Mumma and Aai difference.

VP looked very domestic and very loving parents. Especially P. They might not have anything gping between them as a couple but for Vinu they are together. It says a lot about how the future tracks might unfold. 😭

Even if there was a 'dark secret' behind P's motive to get Vinu... over time it might have shifted to genuine love. She really does care about Vinu. It's not fake. And since the leap, she is a better parent than V. 👍🏼.... right from getting Sai to treat Vinu and bringing her to Nagpur, she is concerned only about Vinu. The rest she is willing to ignore.

V is not. He is stuck on himself and his pain.

I agree. The episode had its triggers. For me every time, P walks in with that hideous getup and the “ghamand” I’m Mrs. Virat Chavan is enough to switch off. Nothing will make me feel an ounce of pity, or make me feel she deserves any of it that she has now. However incomplete. V deserves someone like P. But with what P has done, she does not deserve anything that she wished for. She enjoying any of it means that she never received her dues.

I have been hoping that Vinu will bond with Sai. Though the whole parents and child… family thing was not sitting well. If I only think from the child’s perspective, even if he knew that his mother was his Baba’s first wife, he never knew her, experienced her love and affection. Yet, she was there in his heart that he had a mother who gave birth to him. That attachment stayed.
He has no memories of a mother than P. It has to be attached to someone tangible. And now that he knows he is adopted, P becomes more prominent. As it means his “Aai” was never his mother. So the loyalties can shift.

But with him searching for his parents, means he is not feeling completely connected. So it is kind of clean slate and a fresh state. If I have to be positive, I would say, he can come more closer to Sai here. Because for him, he has no real parents.

But isn’t it ominous to be positive about something in Ghum?

'If' therefore... Vanku has any plans of redeeming V, it has to come through the kids... though at this point there's very low faith in the writing.

I want 2 things to happen when Sai arrives to talk to Vinu and in future. Won't jinx it by mentioning.

They have definitely changed tracks... whether it is because of TRP, complaints or Sunday telecast. Things are being rushed again. There's hardly anything to wait and ponder.

It's going to be a dragfest with no depth... shallow writing and low emotional connect. Zero hopes for an important track such as this👎🏼

Weak FLs. Due to Various reasons...

I JUST CAN'T STAND WEAK FLs. They trigger me right away.

This is one of the biggest reasons, i don't want any mental illness or even fake marriage.

So, when i saw this depression theory, i got mad.

I didn't think anything, didn't imagine possible scenarios, bas i decided ki, if there's a depression track, then sai will again become that weak FL, thst she was post shruti and during SURROGACY.

It irks me too much.

That's one of the reasons, why I'm watching ghum.

As, sai isn't like typical ITV FLs.

Baaki, they can show whatever they want.

They can show, toxicity, abuse, accuses, i just don't care.

But, yes, like I said, WEAK SAI is my triggering point.

So, if you see a weak sai (not emotional, weak)

D o or mat.

Then, just know that I'm going to rant and eat heads.

Like I said, I felt bad on the Mumma/Aai reference that we have been discussing. But then the way Vinu ignored any physical touch was good. It showed that these two couldn't comfort him. I am hoping Sai will manage to break that barrier. ❤️

So agree about the positive hope in Ghum... why do we keep having that though? 😭

V - Main tumse vaada karta hoon ki tumhe kabhi kuch nahi hone dunga. Main tumhari poori zimmedari uthaunga. Par tum meri bas ek zimmedari rahogi, isse zyada ki umeed mat rakhna. Main do ko vaada aur ek ko dil de chuka hoon.
