What is Pakhi playing at?

I am new to this Forum but have been a silent reader since recently. I have been following this show on and off through updates and clips since sometime but never watched it regularly. Since the leap, I got very interested because of the super cute Savi and the kids track. Now I'm watching regularly. What I want to know is, given Pakhi's track record, why is she being so friendly with Sai? What was her motive in bringing back her ring and saying I know how important this is for you because Virat gifted it? When she knows that Sai knows that she has been kicked out of the family and the hearts of Virat and everyone else? Won't she know how Sai might feel now that Pakhi is Virat's wife? Or does she think that Sai like Pakhi herself would continue to run behind a man who has discarded her and keep interfering in his life? If that was the case, shouldn't she be even more careful to keep Sai away from Virat?

And second, does Pakhi genuinely love Vinu or is he just a means for her to be in Virat's life?

In today's epi, when she sees that her suspicion about Virat using her to make Sai jealous is proved the expression on her face seemed like she'll be showing her true colors soon..

Can the veteran viewers of this show please shed some light?
