What is Sai thinking when she said "Vinayak Virat aur Pakhi ka beta hai"?

1. Is she considering Vinayak is her own son, and they found him?

That also brings up that V had his son, so never came looking for her, but at the porch he said that he did search for her everywhere. Sai is wondering ..., kya?

When she saw Vinayak with Vinu, not for a single moment she considered if he could be her son, so far. Why? Instead she accused him of having a child with another woman, in spite of knowing that age doesn't fit her accusation (Savi is there for reference even if there is confusion with the number of years of leap)

Does she know something about her son? Obviously she didn't see the body at the accident scene. So how did she convince herself that he has died. Sai's character wouldn't stay quite until she has proof. So what does she know. How can she not be still searching for him?

So far V, Ashwini, BK, Ninand clearly said that Vinu (and Sai) died. (I can't recall what P said). Sai just said because of V, my Vinu is not with me. So does she know something? Or just hoping she will find him one day.

At the time of accident she had to take care of herself. But now she has money and resources, so why not launch a search.

2. Is she thinking that Vinayak was never her son. Pakhi and V were together hence both were keen on the surrogacy and cheated and fooled her. It also fits why V was protecting P so much.

Her leaving CN was no big impact on him. He could easily move on, he had his first love and child. She was just a fling.
