The casting is probably wrong, but writers are telling us that Sai thinks that Vinayak was born less than a year after she left the house. Plus, there is not much age difference between the two kids -- Savi was likely born eight months after Vinayak's birth. It is the casting of child actors that is the issue here, not the characters' thinking.

+1. me thinks on the same lines. There are probably no good facilities here and which is why she might go to Nagpur. But waha jaake sirf physiotherapy and lep therapy hi hone wala hai.

Sai is not an orthopaedic.. and there is a lot more people dying in the village and giving birth .. where there is no doctor

Vinu stays in Nagpur where there are lots of other doctors .. and at best sai Is doing physiotherapy

After giving him a few bottles of extra LeP she can easily treat him through virtual sessions

Going to Nagpur to treat vinu is the lamest excuse for Sai .. when she had not agreed to leave the village when this gulab Rao threatened her with Savi’s life

If she has to go to Nagpur she should go to give divorce to virat abd free herself from this relationship.. and also to give evidence that she is alive and the Chavan family wrongly declared her dead . these are serious legal issues and it should be sorted

Saavi and Vinayak had this discussion where she said she can not be his friend as he is older than her
