Yes I want Sai to take legal route n safeguard her rights as a mother. Yesterday in BALH 2 Ram sent Priya away from pihu but pihu doesn't know that. Eventually she will know and bring her mother back. Sai has to come to CN for drama quotient.

In the 2nd promo they showed that Vinu s calling her home and she agreed. Symbolically shows that due to Vinu she will go.

This is the way Ghum works, the kid is already written to have a Baba obsession for a reason.
