Yes with virat agreeing to marry the woman due to whom his wife left him is enough reason to kill sairat. Now virat can do whatever he wishes...want sai to give him left right and center and say jaao virakhi jee lo apni zindagi. I had said previously fake/real doesn't matter...marriage itself is the repulsive factor

He can't ever claim neither makers can imply Sai's his only true love. But his dialogues & expressions in precap gives different vibes altogether 😐
