If we go by promo, she is living with virat as his kid's mother for more than 5 years. So it means she lived as his wife (whether real or fake) for years despite all her crimes.

Despite her crimes revelation virat calls her family but the same person calls his wife bhoj and anath.

So it is pakhi who got what she wanted. Virat always makes it easy for her to get what she wants.
