Adding to what I wrote on DM, let's just relook at the cowrie scene.

The Cowrie falls into P's lap, she hands it back to Sai who give it to the Mahant. Mahant then does something, almost like purifying it. So while it is P's baby, Sai will have the baby and will give her the right upbringing and make the baby her own. Cleansing the baby off P's evilness.

But this baby will be a boy to give that upper hand to P till it lasts.

Nope. I don't think this can come even close. That dialogue has no value. It was just to trigger Sai and she was restless after that. Apart from that, that dialogue has no hidden meaning.

P.S: In real world, that amounts to crime by the way. It is in the legal surrogacy doc

The only way they can justify your prediction is if PP goes to jail or dies and makes an exit from the show. Because after pulling a stunt of that magnitude, V cannot forgive her and he cannot expect Sai to be cool with V and PP having a baby together and living in the same household where V and PP are parents to a child! it'll obviously prove that Sai was right all along about pp being EVIL. But if such revelation happens then the only way Sai accepts a child of V-pp is if she gets sole custody, pp forfeits her rights on the baby and pp makes an exit from their lives forever. And that won't happen thanks to offscreen crap/equations.
