Screenplay writers

How do they write screen play and dialogues in a daily soap? Any idea?

Is it just one person or a team? as in, they allot one writer each to a character or to a scene?

I am a little confused because Virat's dialogues are so inconsistent, as if the writer has no clue what Virat's character is like.

Sai's is a hit or miss , but mostly a hit, but missed a few as well.

Why this inconsistency? I dont care about the other characters because they are totally irrelevant. But Sairat is different, their growth is through their communication in every track and the writers keep messing it up.

Is it also because they keep changing writers ? Kuch tho gadbad hain

Writers are usually in extreme pressure due to trp competition.. Very few writers can maintain consistancy ..Ghum writers are very casual even the directors have no vision for the characters.. Now I feel it's not even worth taking seriously 👎🏼

Usually screenplay writers formed with 2/3 people..

Sometimes I think woh Goregaon Film City ke bahar stall lagate hai na uncle aunty log, unse script likhvate hai.

Suppose one aunty says show Pp giving birth to a Saanp.. somehow they will do that also.. like many here guessing uske kokk mein hai kya..

Inlogo ko bhulne ki bimari hai.. they should watch their own show first to get a nice recap phir future dialogues likh sakte hai

Uske kok mei sirf 1 litre coke hai. Peene wala. Dusre 'coke' ki usko zaroorat nahi. woh waise bhi nashe mei rehti hai
