I've a little story :

Could show it like ghajini but in a twisted way.

Sai gets shot in the lower stomach or back while saving etc or just gets shot. It's dark in the hospital, virat and sai are finally together and standing in front of each other with some distance. Goon stuff is solved.

Sai and v starts walking towards each other and virat hugs her thinking she's fine, gets emotional, smiles and then he realises something. Blood on his hand, all shocked, going crazy, etc., and, sai falling in his arms. Oof, that'll be🔥

I was remembering jafar. He directed virat's first mission and him getting shot so damn well. Jafar used to act himself and and show them, how to act, react, postures etc. He used to make them rehearse.

Also, virat is gayab, maybe he's inside the hospital.

True. he really brought out the best in these actors. Glad Ayesha worked with him first and then these new people joined.
