It's sad. That SP is becoming so childish honestly.

Ayesha has been continuously working, I think thats taking a toll on her. She has been faltering. Now that Neil has fewer commitments maybe their timing will be regularised. Her dialogue delivery during emotional scenes again are going awry. She had started to take the right pauses and talk clearly.

I hope she starts getting more exposure now. She needs as much experience as she can get.

I saw the precap and when Pakhi was dragging her, she was controlling the smile, its actually so frustrating that even till date she is not able to control smiling.

Neil TBH overdoes emotional scenes and its established...Sadly Virat for him has him just put in the list of all those Ahem Dikras and others.

SP is enjoying this whole attention they get, playing reel/real thing. Aishwarya and Neil are gaining projects that way, coming up as a team and why should not they, they should milk it till Ghum is on air. There is not much after that..

Ayesha can be reduced to one show wonder, if she does not work.

All this coming from someone who has bee vocal abt her being the strongest at one point of time.

That's what I am concerned now. If she doesn't step up on getting other work, she might not be as successful in getting work later. She stands to lose a lot.

I think she's under a strict contract. Secondly, if you have noticed Vankar gives her lot of solo scenes with ample scope to perform. So she is able to showcase her skills in every episode in some way.

Solo scenes are not given to Virat or Pakhi.

And she really does not have a great network. Her friends are all youngsters. If she displeases Star, which again gives her solo chances to host etc, , she loses a huge support.

Ayesha promotes every new show. SJ had her in the first promo, star Parivaar too.

Yes, Sairat is no longer existent. Nor is the initial Sai.

Playing the devil's advocate here, trying to understand her POV professionally.

Ayesha is girl of principles - that’s what I have felt from her interviews. she has really good friendship with Ishaan and vankar. But she never utilized that in her favor. So I feel she wants to make her in industry through her talent not influence. That’s why she has worked on her acting skill and improved herself a lot.

I know influence is needed in this industry but if you don’t have talent than influence does not work.
