First, the case will go for a criminal trial, and if she’s found guilty then she’ll be awarded the punishment (like prison time 1-25 years< no life sentence coz its death amounting due to medical negligence, not murder as stated by our vaada boy cum 🤣chaapri IPS >) is given to the accused if found guilty, and the fine is given to the state (Nagpur) because a crime against a human being is a crime against public. In Sai’s case it’s medical negligence, not murder (again don’t expect logic from the CD). Compensation is awarded on the discretion of the judge under section 357 of Criminal procedure code as per the dependency/financial situation of the victim’s dependents. Secondly, if the family wants compensation, in case the judge didn’t order under the criminal verdict they can file a separate case in the district court as a civil case.

* You see under civil trial if it’s established that Sai caused his death (if not established under then criminal trial) then only she’ll have to pay compensation. Otherwise they won’t get thenga! 👎🏼

🤣 Agar criminal court usko baizat bari kar de toh nahi jaega.. phir agar wo log civil case dale and if proved then only compensation dena hoga.
