They might show later Sai getting pregnant but due to some accident or complications whatever happens due to it she can no longer carry it in her womb so a new womb is needed so Pakhi is brought in the picture to redeem & whitewash her I guess. Like both Sai & child's life will be in danger so they have to take this step as keeping the baby in womb would mean none will survive. Even if it's that's how it'll be shown people would give up. Pakhi can't have blood of her running inside of child of Sai & V 🤢
