Neil’s acting!

I’m genuinely beginning to wonder is Neil ill he looks so tired and disinterested.. There was an iv of Neil and ayesha today on social media and to be honest he looked really dull… also he doesn’t hav as many scenes as ayesha, of course I understand his commitment to another show but that telecasts only one day of the week if I’m right? Hoping things settle down soon.. and he is back in his element!

He does look bored all the times.. Maybe fans have been criticising his acting over the past two months so he might be feeling discouraged or disconnected..

It's also director fault I believe.. He truly needs to sit down with him give some brief about his character arc..

Fans asked some stupid questions to vanker yesterday instead of stating some valid points .

Very true!!! I started watching the show for virat since neil was awesome! Unfortunately his performance has deteriorated so badly! As for the Q&A yesterday vankar chose his questions well! And I’m glad the trp was below 3! The team deserves every bit of it and more to be honest!

And I don’t think Neil is aware of his acting being criticised he doesn’t look at social media as per what he has stated in every interview.. and if he is aware anyone would want to work around being a little involved and improving!

He is looking tired actually. His eyes are puffy. The other show is not a dance show where practice is required. They must be shooting just once a week.

He needs to focus on himself, God knows really what is going on. There's not much trolling too these days, at least I have not seen much on his posts. He should be in a very happy space at this point .. personally & professionally.

Hes definitely active on SM. Its just selective. Its sheer lies that he doesn't know what audience thinks because he is not on SM. He clearly has demonstrated that he has no f***s to give about his performance anymore. He is utterly bored, and completely off the mark in terms of showing the right emotions. All the nuances he used to bring are gone. Its clear that he just exists on set. The makers dont seem to be interested in getting him to deliver either. Once in a while I still see a spark of the NB the seasoned actor but largely he now looks disinterested for over 3 months now. This degree of mediocrity is shameful.

He knows well.. It was all over the social media.. That's why the depression fiasco by his wife and then he put an essay about trolling.. He is pretty much aware ..

There isn't a single doubt about him being completely aware of what goes on on SM. Him and his wife are very much active on social media. So they know every single thing. When he keeps saying that he isn't active on sm that is straight up a big lie, When his wife posts anything he is the first one to comment, so no, he is not inactive on social media

Coming to his acting, he was not the most brilliant actor but was definitely not bad like his wife (for reference). He was genuinely interested in performing well and giving beautiful scenes. If he's been criticised for his acting then we should not forget that he's been praised also in the past. I myself have said several times that i started watching for him. However now i don't see the actor that i liked. Not even talking about his offscreen antics, just limiting myself to talking about the acting bit. But anyways i hope he gets back on track. Cause if an actor is disinterested then obviously he won't be able to deliver.

Neil was sooo good in the earlier episodes - I would say all the way till Anniversary track he was pretty good and it was a treat to watch Sairat together on screen.

But since then, his angsty track took a nose dive in terms of his performance. Unfortunately, he could not really improve much after that, except for the MiMo track, where we got some decent performance occasionally.

Once Sruthi track began, he kept going down and has now hit rock bottom.

God knows whats happening in his life to completely ignore his craft like this.

Anyway, I believe in looking at things positively.

Wo kahavat hain na- Once you hit your lowest, u can only go upwards from there.

Now when the story is moving into confession and romance, which is his comfort zone and where he really shines well, hopefully things will get better and he will get his mojo back !!😆

Definitely need of the hour is - Director sitting with him and giving him a sincere feedback . I dont know how things work in their team - at least Vanku can do the honours.

As viewers of this show, we feel bad when an actor who can actually perform well behaves like this. Especially jab Ayeshu jaan lagakar perform kar rahi hain. Other actors nobody cares.

Shruti track was boring due to his lackluster performance and mostly because of the writers way of story telling. Character and story arc were coming across vague..

He did try to salvage at some point like he smiled when spoke about how his family is close to Sai then looked traumatised Sai called him cn..

He needs needs to work on intensity.. Now a days he neither looks hurt nor traumatised... There is something definitely off about him..

Shruti track could have been really intense. He dropped his focus then & has never got it back.

I loved his acting before...and i keep waiting for that spark to come back in his eyes.. unless that's his version of acting like there's no life in him😛

I don't want to comment on his method. I'm not an actor.

However, one needs to know the background of what has happened to the character, the supporting characters, etc. If you don't know what is happening, what will you convey to your audience? Or at least watch couple of episodes to see how it's shaping up
