I don't think Sai's character has been butchered. She is not begging for love like Shruti and Pakhi. She is dreaming because according to her their marriage was not like a normal marriage,So Virat can love anyone else . And it is not easy for anyone to just move on,it takes time. Her love is pure .She already saved her self respect by leaving CN and denying to take any help from Virat

But he did support her, he did tell Virat that his wife is not wrong. Standing there and letting happen, when he is quick to stop her when she blames Sai is equally wrong. You see its not just Sai who deserves respect as a woman. There are other women out there who do so.

Virat's need to appear mahaan has led to three women be character questioned by each other. Its shameful Vankar allows a woman to sl*t shame other woman while the man stands there silent, listening it all, supporting when it suits their theory. Saw the clip of YRKKH and WOW what an acting of HC, with this Ghum writers are so bla...

In Ghum writers let PP insult Sai in front of Virat and he don't say anything and YRKKH Abhi can't see or hear the insult of his lady love..this show has everything, drama / romance..

I agree with you somewhat.

He stands for Sai as a brother and today he stood for Pakhi as her husband in front of a third person (Shruti). Something V should definitely learn from him.

My point he is still has some amount of sense in not badmouthing a woman. But PP doesn't at all inspite of being a woman herself.

As per my understanding, Sammy believes V and Shruti equally wrong hence PP slamming her would be justified to him in someway. Her choice of words may not.

He is also the character who doesn't speak much but does so 'jab Pani sir ke upar se chala jaata hai'. I believe that is what happened today.
