In my last post, one very kind forum member provided me synonyms for the word terrible and now i can use them all one by one as the topic header. Because this show's plot is not showing any sign of improvement. Everyday more rubbish from virat, shruti, pp who gets unecessary screen time and chavannis.
Sai is doing her best to cope but pp, chavannis cant keep their trap shut. Its tough to watch her day after day beat herself up, feel bad about never being able to forge a real relationship, feeling like everything in her life was a lie. Its tough to watch her berate herself and take the fall for things Virat has screwed up. She is his legally wedded wife. That comes with a lot of responsibility- not just legally but also in terms of sanctity of that relationship. It is not comparable to some 2 day affair. It is Virat who has made a joke out of their relationship by keeping something so big from her despite umpteen opportunities to clarify and then now has the audacity to self victimize and blame. Cant feel even a teeny bit of sympathy for his fake drunk act (rather than sick) where he talks about losing everything- because he chose this. And hes not even really facing the consequences. He did this all. Sai didn't walk away as much as he pushed her away. He signed papers as someone's husband in front of her. He signed as some kids father in front of her. Gave no clarification. And then pretends as if all this is Sai's fault for not trusting him. And shruti is a shitty person. Period. Virat leads her on - yes but she is definitely going overboard. She can well place clothes containing ice cubes under his armpits and feet and leave the room and wait for him to wake up. The doctor must have definitely given an antipyretic. This whole patti changing is a little too much. If she's going to forget her limits to "care" for Virat then she is definitely not some innocent person . Fake guilt but opportunist, selfish number 1. I really don't see how her getting over friendly and acting like a real wife is helping matters. She seems to have forgotten all about her own son and husband.
Virat today discloses to Shruti that he "loves" Sai but she did not 🙄 so hes presenting a sob story to her. and if Shruti accepts that then she's definitely choosing to selectively look at certain things. To a 3rd person like her it should be blatantly obvious that Sai cares deeply n loves Virat. Otherwise she would not be saving his job and wishing him well despite feeling cheated by the same man. Hers is a selfless unconditional love that Virat will never understand. And If Virat is really not comfortable with Shruti's advances, and he stays in the same apartment even after he recovers then that will speak to his real feelings- that he just pretends, projects all this "one- woman man" ideology but in reality all he wants is to enjoy the savior complex. He wants hero worship and adoration of every woman he comes across. Sadist megalomaniac. Cringe character.
