Where’s the Acting?!

Okay, so this topic might get closed due to comparisons but seriously - HOW is it possible for Neil to be such a bad actor?

Whether it be happiness or confusion or angst - the actor has the same expression. What even?!

I watch only one other show nowadays and the ML there and Neil have almost the same years of experience. Look at the nuances the actor brings to his portrayal - angst because he can’t be with his love, anger at his father, disgust at the antagonist, care for his mother. All in a span of 4-5 minutes. He goes from rebellious lover to caring son in a span of seconds.

Here we have a ML who is apparently in love with his wife and divorcing her. Angst is something that should be dripping in every scene and what do we get? Zilch freaking nothing.

It is evident that the character of Virat has gone to the dogs - look at a 2-3 month old character standing up for his love in front of two antagonistic families and compare him to a character who even in 400 odd episodes has no voice. But the very dismal portrayal of Virat by Neil Bhatt is almost commendable. He seems to be acting like a parody of himself. Nobody, not online fans or TRP aunties could care less if he doesn’t show up on screen.

Can’t believe there was time I wanted to watch this show. Nowadays I’m barely able to get through one scene before I have to change the channel!

Those are all called “Nuances” that people like me and you can’t appreciate. We are called blind haters of actor if this is pointed out. Like yesterday I thought he came home drunk when he was being disrespectful with Shruti, but he was portraying that he is sick

I just don't understand the difference between angst, disgust or pain... 🤪

Talking about Neil's nuances is like banging head against the wall..

I never liked this actor. He is extremely mediocre for all the hype he gets. Chalo finally people are catching up.
I lean more on Sai bai. She is good, and I feel is a hard worker who has steadily excelled, be it her acting or dressing. I hope she gets out of this toxic show and gets into a better one.
