Oh my god! if they copy paste to this extent I'm super sure the trp will tank! and they deserve it! I doubt they will have a courtroom drama, doesn't make sense at all! to be honest the way the track has been executed makes both sai and virat look like big fools! and the trp is destined to further fall the coming weeks! Also looks like Neil has completely lost interest in Virat's character!

lets not get to virakhi since its non existent, lets just stick to the current track! I dont think any actor will be able to make sense with Virat's character sketch! the makers have ruined his character to an unbearable extent! they always throw him under the bus fo the plots to progress!

Makers don't understand the meaning of angst..Imli had the worst track but the way that angsty was portrayed so beautiful.. You can just feel their pain..

Everything. The cast has no understanding of their characters. It's just that they lucked out in numbers & got a loyal audience for their show...

From what i know in even applying for a govt job, it is asked whether the person has more than one spouse according to HMA. So my question is, what happens if the person marries another after they joined the said job? Wouldn't that in itself be grounds for firing??

I understand that this is what Sai is trying to avoid but in this case, V has just mentioned it in hospital and on birth certificate but there is no marriage certificate or proofs for V-Shruti marriage.. so will it hold up in court??? Will the birth certificate Trump a marriage certificate in court? Birth certificate ki koi legality hoti hai kya 😆

He could've been unmarried yet still sired the child. Remember bigamy and infidelity are two different things in the eyes of law.

As per my knowledge concern, in hindu marriage act no second wife term is existed.

So apart of his legally wedded wife any other woman is dre in that man life is called as mistress.

Coming to govt job concern, based on accusations regarding two wives, the primary step is temporary suspension. If he proves guilty than permanent termination from services.

In virat sai case, if virat is not agreed for divorce to sai, she can produce this saahas birth certificate that her husband has a physical relation with other woman and cheated on her. Based on this she can get divorce.

Sruthi cant get a wife status until virat and sai officially divorced. But based on sahas birth certificate, baby can get rights on virat/ninad properties.
