By his words and actions-

1. He is having an affair/ gotten married to Shruti.

3. Spending more time with her, both days and nights

The truth...

1. Cheating the mother land, being a traitor.

If they wanted they could have atleast shown Shruti a civilian who was not involved in sada's plans but she is a naxalite. And at the end of it all, he will be mahaan and will be awarded bravery award. And all asking for apology...
