That's the memo given to them from the start.
From the montage, to the promos, to the screen space & off-screen segments. Aishwarya Sharma is also relatively new right? Has she done any TV shows prior to Ghum? It's very sad that they can call her as an Oscar worthy actress when half the time the audiences simply cannot decipher her expressions but they cannot appreciate Ayesha as an actor in any segments. That is the discord between this team and audience.
Ayesha may have gotten lucky but luck alone hasn't gotten her this far! She's earned her own place in this show and as an actress. No newbie was born perfectly skilled. She shows the right temperaments as a new actress working and evolving her skills, which is visible on screen in her growth. She is humble, does not ever take her success for granted and highly professional. She's unnecessarily dragged to whitewash people who actually say highly unprofessional things and behave nonchalantly about their offscreen antics.
I really hope she gets her due recognition, newbie or not this is shoddy behaviour!
PS: I do not support Aishwarya Sharma being abused or name called for the partial behaviour. All this leads to her getting irrelevant attention. Nobody cares what people do in their personal space it's the public behaviour that is being called out.
