Makers & Abuse

Looks like Vankar had no intention of addressing or treating anything as abuse in show.

It is supposed to be taken as everyone did what they did with right intention due to their own pov and no one needs to blamed or punished. Its only to be looked at as an independent track and forgotten.

Lets forget SAIRAT for a sec (makers have also forgotten them) 😔

Devi-Kaku - Devi has also forgiven her mother and they behave as if they have erased the past 10 years of bitterness between them. Kaku doesn't even think she did any wrong and everything was done for the right reasons per her. Devi doesn't have the relation with Ninad/ Omi yet though. Maybe now that Ninad is nice to Sai due to harmonium, he will also be nice to Devi going forward.

Same with Ninad-Sai, he has said horrible things to her, threatened to hit her few times, but just with harmonium, tears and hug, their track is closed. We are not supposed to bring up what he did with Sai ever again coz its done and dusted.

Mohit or Karishma saying anything to each other is supposed to be taken as bickering or nok jok between couples and is for comedy element.

Pakhi touching Virat when he doesn't want it is supposed to taken as love and not crossing boundary or harassment.

So no matter how much we want them not to show extreme actions by leads/ characters and brush them under carpet without addressing it, it is not going to happen.

I want to see atleast Kaku or Ninad or Omi-Sonali having talks separately, knowing that Pakhi is vile and they are being unfair to Sai, but they are doing it for some selfish reason rather than showing that they genuinely are happy and caring about Pakhi. She clearly said yesterday she doesnt want to remember the wedding ever, how disgusting, but no one incl Mansi said anything.

Omi/ Sonali are jealous coz if Virat-Sai worked out, they will be the most successful pair among all kids. financial and career wise. Then why are they not shown jealous of Samrat-Pakhi? It makes no sense to me that they are so complimenting Pakhi and being happy for her.

Family forgot that the reason why Virat is there is due to KJ and the reason why their family is complete and they can happily be celebrate today is due to Sai. But the family badmouths both Sai and KJ from morning till night and Sonali even bad mouths Virat whenever she gets a chance.

But I guess once they start being nice to Sai eventually, we are just supposed to forget all this ever happened and move on as for writers its not an abuse, just a plot point which is not supposed to be analyzed.

This is the only show where actually culprit never called out.. They wont bother since trp is high.. But do they even know what massege they are sending to the audience 🐷

Yes this is what this show is all about.they make ninad positive as he stops badmouth against sai.whatever he did earlier is being whitewashed by makers and viewers.Although he harassed his wife,he was part of honor killing,he was responsible for Devi being mentally unstable and his taunts to sai had no end till harmonium scene.

And all these doesn't matter.Now ninad is like a father figure to sai.he is redeemed. And hence can we say that he is the fort of makers or favoritism is being played .

Similarly with Kaku,omi,Sonali will be whitewashed as they will start to be in team sai.no redemption nothing.

Finally Devi who was subjected to hell by her mother and other members.but she love them and have no grudges.And if we compare with what pakhi did to her is nothing(she does not know about letter kand of pakhi).Devi dislike for pakhi is so baseless.As not only pakhi but many cn member taunt sai every now and then.But she is fine with them.

Please guys I m not defending pakhi.I m talking about motivation behind Characters action.

Abuse definition is limited to sai only in this show.And on top there is no redemption. It's the abuser sai who will win the heart of cn members.they will never realize their mistakes.But the day they will on team sai ,entire family will sing hum saath saath hai .

Infact her mom has not accepted Pulkit or Harinee even now.

Devi can't see anything good in Pakhi wrt Sai I guess, then how can she not see her mom/omi/ sonali illtreat/ taunt Sai?

So why taunt only Pakhi, why not blast others as well?

Coming to Sai's abuse, its only audience who sees it as abuse, but for writers its just a plot point. Even the characters do not see it as abuse, they think they are taming a shrew.

There is no redemption. Instead Sai will work hard to earn their trust and love. All kaku will have is one line and she is redeemed.

Socho TRP is high even when they are not called out. If they are called out, how high it can actually be.

Even other shows have abuse, they are called out, punished (not redeemed) and then they move on to next track with same set of characters for next round of abuse.

So why can Ghum not call out abusers is really surprising.

I guess as it's fiction.And everything happening is show is just based on drama.Tgats why nobody really cares either makers or trp audience.

I know online audience see it abuse but I was surprised to read post by reading now ninad is Sai's aaba or how ninad will fulfill Sai's aaba place in her life.How Devi is blasting pakhi only coz she is against Sai but ohlay with Devi happily hugging her aai and other cn members. those kind of post makes me feel that online audience mostly see abuse on sai not on others.And trp audience and makers don't care about abuse.

May be its not genear but it's the idea I got from this forum
