Oh no no calling her Patralekha is only reserved for special moments such as this where the poor guy is made to give explanation for absolutely no fault of his and in order to show the purity of the bond between him and his brother's wife.

Honestly I didn't even register he called her this I went back to watch the precap after seeing your post and just rolled my eyes watching him call her that.
