I can understand dear your problem since myself also belongs to a conservative environment. But as i grown came to see under the carpet truth. Everyone says it's bad but yet advocate in one way or other. We hv evolving concept abt alcohol, earlier it was bad thing to do then it was like man can drink but women shouldn't as can't handle it, most current is occasional drinking which i never understood. How can one tell if it's never gonna become a habit. Either u do something or don't, why not accept it in that way. I am more of a do it like u own it person. Personally i never advocate any liquid or solid substance that messes up mind. As far as it goes for itv, they make their leads drink and do things which wouldn't be acceptable in a sober state so that they can give benefit of doubt for their actions later on but funny thing is according to science alcohol may mess up with ur brain but keeps the insight intact. So people do responsible for their actions even in a drunken state but itv just show them like really funny n pathetic way.
