He deserved every piece of retort that came to him today. There are consequences for his actions or inactions. In which world did he expect that allowing his brother to get married to a woman he knows to not love him would end well? What did he think would happen if samrat found out? Who is virat to take that decision for samrat?

Re Sai, he told her he's committed and has promised his love elsewhere. She's not going to have a dream that this changed. He needs to use his tongue to convey that his emotions have changed. Then it's on Sai to decide if his so called actions match what he is now saying.

From her perspective, he gave her a clear warning at the start and has not said a word to say that vaada doesn't stand. On the contrary only thing he always repeats is virat chavvan jaisi pakki zubaan or whatever that line is.
