I have been reading this forum for a while now. My 2 cents...
Virat & Sai should get separated. As the saying goes "Separation makes the heart grow fonder". Instead of a fake transfer or Virat requesting a transfer, the Police dept should give him a promotion and a transfer. This will give Virat a reason to leave, to give Sai her space and remove himself from Samrat/Pakhi's relationship. And his family will not be able to stop him, because of his career opportunities. He should leave Sai behind, as he does not want his career to affect her studies.
From Sai's point of view, she will finally realize, how it feels to not have Virat by her side. She will stay behind in CN. As usual, the household folks will taunt her. In Virat's absence, Samrat will defend/support Sai. This will give Sai, the much needed, a prospective/difference between "guardian" support (Samrat) vs "pati" support (Virat). Sai's mind will start listening to her heart.
In his new house, Virat will switch from listening to his heart to his mind. Virat's dialogue "When a girl says 'na' it is a 'na', stop looking for a 'haan'". Instead of looking into Sai's 'haan', he will start accepting her 'No' (she did not say no, but that is what he heard).
This will give the writers a lot of scenes options. Like follows:
- Whenever Virat visits CN, he will keep himself at the armlength from Sai.
- When Aai asks Virat to take Sai with him, he will remind Aai that this marriage is forced on Sai. That she should look at Sai as a beti, not bahu.
- Realizing Sai missing Virat, Samrat, Mohit &/or Sunny should make vacation plans to meet Virat. Sai, Samrat, Mohit, Pakhi, Karishma, &/Sunny should go to Virat's house and stay there for a week.
- At Virat's house, Sai's desperation to please Virat - by trying to talk to him, instead of going site seeing, staying home to cook. Virat misunderstanding her desperation to discomfort at staying with him. Apologizing and assuring her that he trying to find excuses to take her back to CN, where she is comfortable.
- While sleeping, Virat reaches his hand to move a lock of hair but reminding himself that "he has the haq to look from afar but does not have the haq to be near her or touch her"
I am sure the writer will follow the KD plot line, which is fine. But this will give at least a month's worth of difference and they can jump back to KD plotline after this. In 10 months, the show moved a year (& few months) in story timeline. This storyline will give 6 months timeline in 1-2 month. Also, it will justify Sai's changes and her point of view.
What are your thought or added scene options.
