Samrat escaped from facing the truth. He behaved like a coward. How is he an army officer? When he returns he will ask Virat to take Pakhi's responsibility. What rights he has on Virat to ask him something like this? And, how will he react when he finds out that he's moved on with Sai?

That’s the point. He has no agency to ask Virat to take care of his wife, it doesn’t make any sense but all we saw is a promo, we don’t know the storyline (We do know what happened in Kusum dola), he definitely cant ask Virat to take care of Pakhi

That's why I don't like writers of the show they first made us attached to SaiRat couple then r making us suffer for their love confession.

Samrat did not assume anything. When she was talking on phone with Virat, she did say something like tumhare Bhai se to bilkul nahi. So he knew the Virat she was taking to was his own brother.
