Sai and Pakhi's equation is not your college rivalry, they were accusing each other of mental harassment, how many will invite someone who they think is harassing them?

Sai would have invited Pakhi if Sai was in Pakhi's place. But I do understand why Pakhi didn't invite Sai, nothing to be surprised about.

@bold it wouldn't have if Pakhi had not crossed her line. The very firsg night when Pakhi came asking for medicines from Virat, she accused Sai that she is not a bacchi and knows what she is doing. She said that Sai was playing games or something. She is the same person who refused to give blessings to Sai on the day Sai got her results and when Sai said that she can give it later, Pakhi replied that the day will never come.

Pakhi spitting venom on Sai is Sai's problem and if she wasn't like that, even if Pakhi enters their room for genuine reasons, Sai wouldn't get irritated with Pakhi.

My thought process isn't regressive to match this regressive joint family, I don't think she had to invite Sai, it is her family's function

Depends on our point of view. My two neighbours have filed court case regarding their property border line and it's still running. They had many fights regarding the same too. But last year when one of their daughter got married the other was there for the reception.

If my parents anniversary comes and if I have a SIL with whom I fight everyday in my husband house i will invite her keeping our issue behind as we live in same house. I won't go all lovely dovely..But will give a formal one.

You can't expect all family attending party expect one.thats rude for me. Anyway it all depends on our point of view. I just explained why the family looked shocked when they came to know about it.

Virat is the way he is today because of how he grew up and Sai is the way she is because of how she grew up. People face different circumstances in their life and develop their own survival method. Some are blessed to get the best guidance, some don't get guidance about a few things at all. Sai is a single child, not seen anyone like people in CN, Virat is grown up in a big family, not seen anyone standing up for themselves or others.

Everyone's experience in their life teaches them a few things and makes them develop a different survival mechanism. Even within the same family, people don't behave the same way as others.

how else can they have their lavish meals and unlimited chai . But then again May be it’s not so lavish- bread and butter for breakfast most days 😅 and rest half the time they fight so much until one or the other loses hunger. They don’t eat out and everyone has to be back by 7pm. No one goes out for movies so I guess expenses are very very low…. And they create their own drama and entertainment.

I think Virat secretly eats at work and no wonder he encourages Sai to go to college. So he is confident that his wife has a source of food too. now that’s what I call true Love ❤️ 😄

when you live in a joint family the last thing you want is a tiff.... it becomes really hard to breathe! that is the case here... in a joint family the elders words are usually the say in all!

my best friend stays in one and at 22 she still has to take permission to go out whereas i just have to my parents I am stepping out... there is a difference! she has no say in her family decisions, i have. say in my family decisions.... its a big diff! so its not easy to escape these scenarios!
