True yaar, he would be hurt for himself first and then for hurting Sai. However with the way CVs have dealt with Sai, Sai will forget her mistake and if Virat goes extreme with his behaviour this time, it would be more about her self respect, because thats what is going to be questioned by Zillat Arena..and probably Virat.

Let them show both being apologetic.

I have seen snippets of him in the episode. How easy was it for him to get angry and not give Sai a benefit of doubt.. On the other hand Sai is trusting him to understand her and also was expecting to find out the truth.. Its so so easy for him to reach to "Agar Sai ne ye kiya hai toh pata nahi main kya karunga."

I was about to ask you if you have watched the episode. I thought, you had watched it.

From a few clippings that I watched, I noticed him defending and trusting Sai.

He even told Pakhi that Sai will never go against him and especially not when he has told Sai that he will do further investigation.

Not just that, even though, he came to know from Pakhi parents that they saw Sai and Devi in a cab, he didn't doubt her. He was thinking where she could have taken her. He tried calling her a few times and she didn't pick his call. So, he did give Sai a benefit of doubt at first.

Only after a long time, he was made to think, what these people spoke from what I understand. Even then, Virat only said that "IF" Sai had got Devi Tai married, I don't know what I will do and that she will be punished. All the while when Kaku and Sonali was talking against Sai, he never believed them and tried to support Sai. You can see his trust on Sai actually.

You should watch the episode, I too watched a few scenes and gathered the above understanding. It will give us some indication about Virat's character.

Pakhi instigating him alone wasn't the reason at all. I am mainly upset with him because he becomes volcano when it comes to Sai and not others.

Pakhi's role to rile him up will be seen in the next few episodes I think. That is going to.be horrible. I planned not to watch, but I am now planning to watch it to be able to understand Sai and Virat.

Also, in the precap they do show him on phone with Pakhi, it doesn't look like he had called her . Kaku was with Pakhi, think they asked Pakhi to call up Virat and find out what was happening.

Let me ask you a question, if Sai has so much expectation and trust in Virat that he would understand her pov and find out the the truth, couldn't she wait a few more days before marrying off Devyani in secrecy and depriving her family (those who wanted to be part of wedding) from participating in the rituals or is it just a joke for her?

Like I have said time and again on this forum and almost in all my posts , Sai is absolutely absolutely wrong in going ahead with the wedding. She could have waited for a week or so and insinuated Virat to go ahead with re-investigation, there was no reason for her to go ahead with this impulsive wedding. I am with Virat in this. But not when in fit of anger he devoid her with her rights and basic necessities . That is the only problem I might have with Virat. Otherwise I have always maintained that Virat is not wrong as far as him getting angry on Sai is concerned.. Its how you behave when extremely angry is what I am concerned about. If you want I can provide the link to my posts where I have also mentioned how Sai being a medical student is also wrong in getting ahead with this secret marriage.. SInce last two weeks I have been questioning her moves diligently. I just mentioned Sai has imrpoved from her I dont even care about Virat Sir when I take this step during Amey's episode to being sorry about hurting him...

What I mean to say is how easy it is for him to reach that extremes of angers and think of if she has done this I dont know what will I do kind of juncture.. Even before seeing/witnessing Sai doing it he thinks about how uncontrollably angry he would get.. Virat has never been this angry with any of his family members like he is with Sai.. Their mistakes are more grave.. He lets all the atrocities go just with a ghar ke bade comment.. And if his extreme anger is accompanied by his insecurity I don't really know what to say then..

I have loved in the recent episodes how Virat has been apologetic about his (mis)behaviour with Sai unlike other versions of the show.. I have grown to like his I own up to my mistakes.. But then the whole purpose of apology is destroyed when you repeat the same mistake again.. Yet again I am hoping he doesnt actually go the Rono way.. Because Virat has been more empathetic than Rono..
