I really enjoyed reading almost everyone's views on this thread.

" if it is because they lack passion for the story or it is their own creative limitations."

Looks like.

I am not able to really enjoy Sairat the way I used to. The promo was not big a thing anyway. Though I enjoyed yesterday's scene, I couldn't or not able to enjoy as I used to in the past.

Fruitcustard had created a post on Pulkit and Sai.

Raji02 had questioned, how Sai's actions are not justified and how it would have been justified if Virat had done the same.

While answering in those, I was growing more and more angry on Sai and that Pulkit.

Sai anyway used to do many things on her own but in this, surprisingly she was right in thinking of sharing it with Virat. Aai stopped her and I hate it and who is Pulkit to even give her kasam? Why should Sai be even respecting that kasam?

Virat wasn't interested in the past. Whatever reasons one give, was still not right. It is not something one should have ignored.

And Sai fell into the trap of Kaku, trying to find Pulkit and doing it all alone doesn't make any sense and there is no necessity. And Sai lying, recent development or what is it? I just don't understand what the makers are trying to do.

If Sai trusts that Virat will support her if he comes to know of the truth, Virat trusts that Sai never lies.

If Sai feels let down if Virat doesn't support her because she is right and Kaku is wrong. Virat will obviously feel let down if she lies to him and starts doing things behind his back.

The Kaku gang and drama was toxic, but why are they spoiling the only good things we were liking or enjoying.

Notaquitter's in page 3 is like some consolation.

I think this should act like an eye opener to the couple.

Kasam or vaada that we give to others cannot and should never be ranked above the vachans given during one's wedding. Virat has already moved past his vaada, Sai should realize that she should have never encouraged Pulkit.

I can view sairat scenes as an isolation to the drama. And I love it and it hasn’t changed for me. BeCause what it essentially says is, without any 3rd party influence they are the happiest and honest version of themselves with each other ( third party being pp, aai, Pulkit kaku )

We all universally agree that the characters are flawed and not perfect .

Yes they could be written well but what we need to understand is, not everyone reacts the same all the time despite their basic nature . Virat’s being understanding and patient , Sai never telling lies.

this is such an unprecedented situation that everyone is thrown in chaos. I am not justifying anyone’s action, logically Sai being open with Virat is the correct option but she chose the wrong one, how are they going to work with that story line is what we should concentrate at the moment.

I have been in situations myself where the obvious choice has been right in front of me and when in a sane mindset I would have done the right thing, but due to circumstances blinding me and things I had to go through, I took the option that no sane person would take.

It happens , I am more curious on how things are gonna pan out in this track . Are they blindly gonna copy paste or take into the recent turn of events into consideration. As a human being do we always do the right thing and the easiest thing? We work with what we got.

All of her flaws are working against Sai now, majorly. She is not sticking to her gut instinct and at the wrong time choosing to actually listen to the wrong thing.

if Sai is not sent our horrendously like the one in original, my support and pity would be more towards Virat in this case and I would be curious to see how Sai works with that.

because in the orrigonal s sai doesn’t have this dialogue where she hopes Virat will also forgive her for her deeds ( this is slightly done away from originals ).

But will the cvs think this much? They know only to Copy paste. Hope they copy paste it from this movie 😉😁

As you said MLs have left the house. I remember in YRKKH they did I mean the version one wala. Virat can do that as well.

I really don’t want Virat character butchered anymore. I just can’t watch it 😢

Bold : kartik but naitik 2 left for abroad in YRKKH, DABH suraj sandhya 2 had left d house for short while& these serials r superhit shows of starplus.

Sam PH other serial chhoti sardarni also lead couple left d house for short period.

Drama tab bhi milega lekin sairat ka progress hoga.

Sai ko need nhi family ka mediator bane ka . Cgang has to except sai as wife of virat & stop conspiring against her.

Very true Sairat are really a breath of fresh air with their honesty and their own quirkiness.

@bold

Most of us take the easier route to get things done 😉😁

I agree to most of your points. Imo our real life is filled with kakus and Ninand types - probably a lighter versions or full versions or worse versions!

So why would I watch such characters in reel as well? I am watching this serial for some entertainment value and light hearted romance itv provides.

Tbh In today’s world there is no lack of content online or offline. But I still come back to watch it in the hope that things might get better. I get upset and sad they have such an outstanding cast and a basic story which can be rewritten and polished to suit the wider audience.
But what do we get logic less plot holes.

I just feel bad, Sairat have such potential. But not sure cvs will do justice to the couple.

Another thing that bothers me so much is showing a uniformed officers family (army/police) being criminals and getting away with it. PH - Sitara should have some responsibility towards the society to show this kind of story in prime time. This shouldn’t come under creative freedom. Because itv dramas influence the B,C tier cities tremendously. In India itv and cinema has tremendous influence in the public.

Agree they have a fantastic cast. But they are also under pressure to succumb to the TRP plots. At the end of the day they cater to TRP audience and a little to us online viewers as well

I feel we need some light hearted moments in the show but based on the originals that will happen only after separation and reunion.

The last paragraph is something the channel should consider but that much awareness and good will is not there. It’s a money making business and sadly they don’t care about what they show.

Yeah let’s interpret it this way Chavan’s represent the morally corrupt officers. Ofcourse not all of them but Ninad mainly.

I know we watch it to get out of reality but that’s what sairat is for us. If they continuously show romance also the TRP aunties will be bored. I personally like their progression and I love angst so looking forward to that in the next track

I hope CVS bring some sense into this track but I guess it’s mostly lost cause. But my gut feeling says the acting will be brilliant in the separation part. We just have to wait and see what they do.
