Sorry to say this...

They have AMAZING actors in this show but lazy writers. I was kinda underwhelmed with the dialogues and scenes today... all that buildup since last week fell flat today when everything was revealed. I hope when they reveal the child’s backstory it won’t be this underwhelming. I am seriously tired of their below average work in making the scenes and editing so poorly.As I have said this show fell in hands of wrong people who are taking the popularity of this show for granted. If their mediocre dialogues could get them such high trps then what’s the point of investing time in making a better storyline will fewer plot holes.

That aside, I wanna mention that Miataali playing Devyani is such an amazing actress that she has been stealing the show this week. Her subtle gestures and facial reactions were so on point that despite having such bad editing she slayed it. I want a spin-off of Devi and Pulkit’s live story of how they met and everything... I am sure it will be much better than the 2 day yoga wala love.

I agree, they do have a amazing cast and It show cases in the scenes as well. Also the copy paste of scenes is not helping. They need to copy the content but need to have some creativity around it.

@Bold - May be that's the reason the editing felt sloppy. They wanted to focus on Devyani today and not on anyone else hence there were single shots of everyone though they were standing next to each other. Had they even showed anything differently, the focus would have shifted.

Having said that the editing could have been better and today i felt even the actors were tired standing in the same position.

Totally with you on that. Their execution is so half-hearted and lethargic, one can't over look that. They actually have such a fine cast but the final outcome of the frames and the dialogues, continuity, the editing of shots to show who's standing where is so shoddy that you wonder if they are putting together the episodes until 5am on the same morning, almost missing the bus.. it's really bad.

Absolutely true. The actress played Devi role made me fall in love with her. She totally nailed it. Usually when you see someone playing mentally ill on itv screen it’s cringe worthy or ott. But this one just made us fall in love with her and we are rooting for her love story 😊

Underwhelmed is the right word you used for the episode. It was suppose to be truth revelation high drama episode and we got a choppy editing and direction which delivered a phuski bomb.

I sincerely pity the cast members today 😢

It just felt like except for giving a couple of shots together, the entire cast shot individually. It was bad... the focus on Bhavani-Devyani and Pulkit was fine but the execution was too sub-standard... especially the constant reactions from the same people.

The editing was so floppy. There was a scene where BGM started loudly out of nowhere. I was like did I miss anything and went back 🤷

And mitaali is fabulous. She is playing it perfectly. It must have taken a lot of hardwork from her side to do this and can't help but heap praises on her 🙌🙌🙌

Is production house and writers are new to industry?

You have hit the nail on the head. They are blessed with a good story, amazing actors. But the screenplay is simply pathetic. They are trying to hide the weak screenplay with OTT drama, loud dialogues that convey nothing. In the process missing out on developing a compelling, solid plot and characterization. Its becoming more boring with time.

I hope the actress gets a lead role. Mitali has got good screen presence.

Actors wise i think everyone except pp is good. She really needs to work on her acting rather than instagramming/singing skills. Sonali/karishma seem good but have been made too caricaturish so they are very ott. Mansi/shivani/mohit need to be given more to do. Mansi literally was all the way in the back with no reaction. Isnt she one of the older people who should speak up for one of the kids in the family. Her words carry more weight than shivani/ashwini/virat. Why have all these actors but give them so little to do.

The makers need to pull up their socks!
