Virat had a choice - he promised to take care, NOT to marry her. Sai asked him to run away from GC, too.

IMHO - although virat did marry sai due to his promise & villagers ; he also wanted this marriage deal to get rid of his guilt of loving his brother's wife.... or throwing samrat in this mess!!!!!!!!

He wanted to prove to samrat & PP that he has moved on and got married to someone else...

The way virat called pp to witness his marriage (not even his mom or dad !!!!) proves it all 😡

Never did he say to marry her. It was virst who thought this was the best course of action after being pushed into doing so by villagers/maushi. But ultimately decision to marry was his. Sai and him chatted about it, Sai said refuse this marriage but Virat convinced her. She didn't really put up too much of a fight either. She was like- my dad trusted this guy, took a bullet for him so he must be a good man and he's honest enough to tell me he's committed to someone else so he will not stand in my way of becoming a doctor. So she agreed. She was too grief stricken and depressed to think things through. She trusted that virat and the people of GC and usha- who she considers a mother figure will make the best decision for her. Plus virat had assured her that she could leave after 5 years if sge wanted to. He said "main tumhe bandhoonga nahi. Koi rok-tok nahi hogi". And when warning about his family all he said is that they're conservative and they will have expectations from you as bahu. But none of that would have prepared her for the reality of the situation in CM. She didn't anticipate that she would come to this warzone of a house where people d9nt dislike her, they HATE her, they get joy out of seeing her hurt and wont hesitate to threaten physical harm. Not one of them actually walked up to Virat and asked him to leave Sai. Even pp only said what she did as a taunt to Sai. She wasnt concerned about Sai getting hurt or alarmed to see Virat use force against Sai. All she wanted to do was score brownie points for being samajhdaar, trying to resolve conflict. She said the right words but for weong readlsons and didnt really want to diffuse the situation. And Sai never anticipated that she would have to face her deal waali husband's ex lover taunting her nonstop and would have to watch how her husband is caught between his deal relationship with her and his pyaarosti for pp. In between all this he gives her mixed signals of care/affection which virats mother (who should know him best) claims is LOVE for Sai. And she herself by virtue of staying with this man who is good looking, smart and for the most part righteous had started to get emotionally attached to him. Deal hai but shaadi hui hai and she wants atleast the basic respect as a wife. But his support/defense for her is not unwavering. Its s pendulum. He stands by her but has several times publicly called her out as badtameez, akhad, ehsaan faramosh. His anger is a result of Sai's "i don't care" attitude but shes speaking this way because she really doesn't see his "concern for her safety" . She had an argument with him about pp abd he didnt answer any of her straight questions. Instead he is bringing chai as if nothing happened . Sai only sees Ashwini and shivani being genuinely concerned for her. And she spoke to Ashwini very respectfully. Everyone else she knows does not care for her. If Ashwini had spoken up before the hand twisting maybe she would have said ok to virat dropping her. But after everything he did/said and her equally ferocious reaction to it, the situation was out of hand.

And when she comes back looks like again Virat has done no reflection over everything that happened. He can be angry but he should have made a plan for how to talk to Sai when she came back or maybe even completely avoid her so that they could both cool off and talk later once they were both calm. But instead he has run after pp to check on her, amd from precap we know that when Sai comes he is going to attack her again not only with words but by refusing to give food!

Thank you... I actually loved her smile. She was obviously hurt that he said something like she wasn't the girl of his dreams but she managed to control her feelings and make it sound like "I don't care. I don't even want you to fall for me."

I actually like Neil's expressions in this show. Kisko pata tha that one day I would actually start liking him. 🤣

I too liked the episode for the reasons you have mentioned. Though it was ugly and they did answer to others in the room, it was their fight amidst everyone. They both were lost in love and pain which led them to use as much harsh words as possible to hurt each other.

Yeah that was the best part. It looked like it was their fight but everyone was getting involved. I hope this will keep them apart for some time so that they realizes their worth for each other.

I too didn't like how she exposed the two, wasn't in context too, might have been better if she had done this during the trip fiasco. She was about to but Virat stopped her and played mera gala kaat do card.

I guess she is really hurt that Virat is not doing anything to stop Pakhi. She thinks it's because he actuallly loves her. She is not yet over that trip drama.

The word toy was something I didn't approve of. Though she didn't mean anything ugly, she only meant that he is used to give support to Pakhi.

Hopefully now he will see that Sai wasn't wrong. He is actually looking like a toy.

Jaane ke liye dekhiye GHKKPM Mon to Sat where you can watch the story of their relationship only for a few minutes in a few episodes.
